I always enjoy my food here! Every ingredient on the menu is fresh, including the fries (which you get your $$ worth). The employees are always nice and courteous and the eating area is always clean. The best part about Burger Works that they offer several options other than beef including turkey, chicken, bison, black bean, ect.This visit I got a classic Turkey burger without mayo and fries. The burger isn't thick but somehow it's still moist and very flavorful. The fries are my favorite part and theyv give so many. If you haven't tried it, you definitely should.

The food tasted great! We got the bacon cheddar fries to share along with our burgers. So much food, half of it came home with us! And they have gluten free buns!

The burgers are actually good... they have great options and toppings. My wife had to send hers back because it was pink in the middle... they promptly made her a new one.

Awesome delicious food good service

I have been to Burgerworks several times and each time, I find their burgers, Fries, and deep fried Pickles to be outstanding. My favorite is the Deep Fried Dill Pickles with the Chipotle Ranch. I also always order the Bison meat for my Burger. Great taste and less fat for a burger.I like the idea in how you can build your own Burger, as they always put a lot on. Today, I noticed they had Texas Toast as a choice for a bun. After my Bison Burger and all the toppings with the Texas Toast. I will always order the Texas Toast. What I like most about Burgerworks is that the meat is fresh and all the condiments added to the burger are fresh. Also, the people working there are extremely friendly and helpful on helping you with your order.

Love this place.Fiveguys gets a lot of love in Virginia, but this place knocks it out of the water.Incredible options, all of higher quality than probably 90% of the chains in the area.Spoil yourself and get a tasty burger with some fancy cheese.

Bison burger was awesome. Chicken sandwich had a great flavor. The fries were plentiful and delicious. Staff was terrific. Every person was friendly and courteous.

Normally they're great, but each time I've come my bacon has become less and less cooked while the fries get darker and darker. On my most recent visit the runner felt the need to say, "They're not burnt" as he placed the fries and chicken tenders on the on the table.

If you want great and tasty burgers, this is the place! We've been here plenty of times. The burgers and the toppings you can get are amazing! We live in North Chesterfield and drive 20 minutes to get our burgers here. It's worth the drive every single time!

I am gluten intolerant and this place was very helpful and aware of celiac disease and gluten intolerance. I would totally eat here again because the staff actually care about their customers. Justin and Juan were very helpful and concerned about cross-contamination for me in making sure that I did not get any cross-contamination.

I had the Turkey S.O.B burger and it was D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S! Although I had to send I had to send my first burger back due to not being cook well done. Other than that I really enjoyed my burger and my family and I will be returning!

Ordered the veggie burger (portabella mushroom) and a Large fry (feeds 3-5 people). I was impressed. The burger was juicy and full of flavor from beginning to end. Despite toasting the bun, it did get soggy fairly quickly. The standard fast food salted French fries were crisp and came in a takeout box by themselves. I recommend this place if you love burgers, fries, and milkshakes.

Staff was incredibly helpful.I love the variety of all the meats, toppings, sauces, vehicle (bun, salad, etc). The Parmesan truffle fries were excellent.

We really enjoyed our first meal at Burgerworks. We had the burger with avocado, parmesan fries, and sweet potato chips. We had absolutely no idea how big the sides are and ended up with entirely too much food, but everything was great. The burger was cooked perfectly, and although I was a little skeptical of tortilla strips on it, I was very pleasantly surprised at how good they were. The fries themselves were definitely fresh, and the sweet potato chips were very different and enjoyable. We will be back!

Blues Burger!!! My oh my it was good. Customer service is excellent and the place is clean. TVs, good music, what more can you ask for.

Burger cooked exactly as requested. Efficient service on a busy Saturday evening. Very limited selection of beer. Not a big deal to me but others might want a few more options.

Service was nice, restaurant was clean, and they were very accommodating when I asked for no bread. I knocked off two stars because I tried a Bison burger and it was dry and crumbly. Definitely not a $10 burger quality.

Great place. My family and I visited here recently and everything went smoothly. The staff was attentive and it was clean. There was no long wait (which I loved.) There were lots of great options on the menu to choose from. I will be returning.

Mediocre burgers...i order a lot of food from there. The property owner told me I cannot put trash in the trash cans out front. What a joke. I'm homeless and receive unemployment . won't be ordering food from that shopping center anymore

I actually only came in here to get a drink while T-Mobile was working on my phone. But the people were so nice and they didn't even charge me for my drink and told me that I could have free refills and hang out until T-Mobile was done. Really friendly employees here

If you read the details on their webpage, you already know what to expect. Clean tables, great service, crispy onion rings, zesty ranch sauce, and a yummy blue cheese burger with smokey onions and mushrooms. They lost a star only because there was ten minutes in between my onion rings being delivered and my burger arriving. Also, the bun was a little soggy from the port- wine glaze, would've held together better if it was toasted. Overall, I really enjoyed my burger (it's rare to get a hand patted ground meat Turkey burger). I will definitely return and recommend.

Highly recommend this place not only for the great yummy food, but awesome service! Everyone is so friendly and nice with a great atmosphere. I take all my friends here when they come to town to get the best burgers and fries!

I ordered the BBQ Burger and Bacon and cheese loaded fries. The meal was delicious. The restaurant was clean, and staff was friendly. The portion of fries could have fed a whole family.

I went there for a non meant lunch option. The Beyond Burger itself was good,, but the burger as a whole was a bit bland. The service was fine, generally friendly. And the food came out relatively fast. The biggest problem is Burger Works is that it is way overpriced. It cost almost $3 to substitute the Beyond Burger instead of the meat patty, then the sandwich price on top of that was about $10, and then my order fries was about $3. So all together it was $16 plus tax for this lunch, which tasted perfectly fine, but I'll never buy again.

Looking for something quick with fresh ingredients? You've found a great spot. I've never been disappointed when grabbing a bite to eat during the lunch week. My go to is the S.O.B. The fresh jalapenos are always on point. The burgers are always juicy and cooked just right.Fries are cooked well but needed a little salt which is the right move for restaurants. Let the customer choose their salt level.Onions rings were cooked to perfection and the sauce they serve with it is amazing.The decor and ambiance is what you would expect for burger place. Pretty modern. The restaurant has always been clean when visiting.Definitely hit this place up for a quick bite. It's delicious.

S.O.B was good, but the Buckin' Bronco Featured Burger was the best! Their Parmesan fries are pretty tasty as well, but you'd only need one to feed two people. Definitely plan on coming back for another featured burger! So good! 10/10 plans to go again!

This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat! The service is speedy, the food is always delicious, and the employees are incredibly welcoming and helpful. My mom is a Type 1 diabetic and has celiacs, and this is a fantastic option for her (as well as for the rest of the family). Our experiences here are consistently nothing short of wonderful. Would recommend!

The GF bun was yummy. But the rest of my burger was not. It had no flavor and was cooked way too much. I also didn't taste any avocado, but I was supposed too.

The Blues Burger is to die for!! (The port wine glaze really makes it). Fries are terrific as well. Quick and friendly service. Awesome food and location. Love this place!

I got a turkey burger with bacon, fries and a strawberry milkshake for $20. It was okay. I don’t think it was worth the price at all. And it made my stomach hurt. 🙁

We're visiting Richmond for a while and this place was highly recommended by a few locals. My five year old says they have the best fries ever. We love their food. Been here 3 times in 10 days. That's how good the food is. I get the chicken burger with provolone cheese. It's always juicy and delicious. My daughter gets the turkey burger with American cheese. She is a picker eater but she has eaten every burger in full. The staff has always been pleasant, patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend that you give this place a try.

If you love burgers as much as I do, Burgerworks is definitely worth a visit. The burger I tried was pretty good, with a buttery brioche bun, juicy meat, and fresh toppings, and the service was fast and friendly. They have lots of great items on the menu, but you can customize your own burger from the bun down if you like things a certain way. There's lots of good sides to choose from too, like the tasty parmesan fries and the spicy fried pickles, which make for a nice appetizer to the main course. My only complaint is that it was a bit pricey, but overall, Burgerworks is a great option if you're in the mood for a non-fast food burger.

Love this place. Better than Red Robin. Hardly ever any wait. Lots of options including bison.
